TW KEIL Wins CoStar Awards Q1 2025 Quarterly Deals Award

TW Keil have been recognised by CoStar as a Q1 2025 CoStarAwards winner for closing the investment acquisition of St George’s Retail Park in Leeds for State Street Global Advisors.

The newly developed 64,000 sq ft foodstore anchored scheme opened in September 2024 and provides a high quality line up anchored by Aldi and B&M, with other tenants including McDonald’s, Costa and Greggs.

The retail park was acquired for a price of £18,000,000 which reflected a net initial yield of 6.27%.
